Weetzie is a pothead slut

Apparently, catnip is supposed to get kitties stoned for about 1-3 minutes. Weetzie Bat has been tearing apart my apartment in search of the herb. This is her getting through her 3rd bag of the day in my sink. We tried reasoning with her, “Weetzie, you’ve become a pothead slut, you need to take control of yourself”. No results. I think it’s intervention kitty time. Weetzie, you are addicted to catnip and you’re ruining your life. When she returns from 8 weeks in kitty rehab, she should be back to her old tricks, right?

Call me crazy, but for some reason, whenever someone tells me to stop being a bitch, I want to be waaaay bitchier. Like when a 1970s Midol ad tells me that I have to be nicer to my fucking boyfriend when hemorrhaging from my vagina, I get violent! I want to put on a husband-beater, and give my boyfriend a black eye! It’s totally not his fault, he deserves the utmost kindness, but I kinda think that with all the shit women have to go through, they should be nice to us when we have our periods. It shouldn’t be “blowjob week” as many guys like to imagine. It should be “buy your poor girlfriend something pretty and feed her ice cream week”. I’m not even on my period anymore and this still pisses me off. Can we get some rights up in here? Anyone else driven to inexcusable fits of rage by rather innocuous adverts from decades past?

I found the cure for periods!

Okay, not so much for periods, but for the obnoxious feelings. PMS sucks, yes, but what about MS!? I’m not one to whine about my period, but now that I’ve discovered the perfect combo, I thought it necessary to share this with my buddies. Bourbon is an important cure for all annoyances, it’s the no pudge fat free brownie mix that’s AMAZING. You mix it with a couple tablespoons of yogurt, shove it in microwavefriend and tada! Warm chocolate goodness! I’m not sure how coherent this is as the pain has moved to my brain, but if your vagina is bleeding, feed it some bourbon and chocolate. Hmm. I guess that isn’t as innovative as I thought it was. Wish me luck, I’m going to go look for some expired prescription ibuprofens I have stashed somewhere around here. Yay! Period Party!

Twitters Major F*ck Up!

Twitter is experiencing some serious technical difficulties. Just when we were all getting really into it we’ve lost mostly of our followers. This is so not cool. Go here to re Follow Me, Emilia, Marley & Rose. Here is a statement from Twitter:

“Updated follower/following counts 14 hours ago

We’re still in the process of recovering from the missing follower/following problem that occurred earlier today. Over the next several hours, you may see inaccurate counts or timeline inconsistencies as the correct data is propagated to all parts of the system.

One thing to note: Even after this recovery is complete, your counts may appear lower than previously. In almost all cases, this is not due to missing data. The counts we display on your profile page are not always up-to-date. For example, when we remove spammers from the system (which we’ve been doing a lot lately), the follower counts are not updated in real-time. 

As we push out the changes to fix this afternoon’s problem, the counts will be updated to reflect the latest numbers.”

Uhhh I don’t think so I had around 70 Legitimate Followers and Now I have 19…Im kinda pissed!
