One Crazy Extra

During the first 1:29 minutes of this clip from One Crazy Summer, my friend Sam Brown (you might know him from The Whitest Kids U’ Know) plays an extra as one of the babies who are getting ready to attack George while he’s stuck under the chair. Amazing? YES! Also my friends cousin is Scott Schwartz aka “the kid from The Toy.” Were you ever an extra in something, or do you have a friend of a friend of a friend who is an awesome 80s movie reference? This is better than name dropping (even though I just name-dropped Sam Brown. Not sure if that counts).

    My friend Maggie was in the crowd in the movie
    “Ladybugs” with Rodney Dangerfield. She was sad when that one guy that was in it killed himself!

    @ShannonElaine: me too! When I heard he hung himself, a part of my youth died too. Then Brad Renfro (my second biggest crush from my BOP days) died a week before my third crush, Heath died and it was just all too much for me.

    My cousin was also an extra in every episode of Life As We Know it.. with
