Kath and Kim

So Kath and Kim, the Australian tv show I’d never heard of before today is coming to NBC with…wait for it…Molly Shannon and Selma Blair! I love both of them, so I hope this is awesome. And oh hai, if you need new script writers, call me! Hmmm…this reminds me of my life, only I’m the mom making nachos and Sarah is Selma.

    Most memorable epi in the Australian version was when Kim asked for a glass of “cardonnay” (pronounced kar-doe-nay) – “the h is silent”.

    When told it is pronounced “chardonnay” she says – “oh well, get us a glass of chardonnay you pack of chunts”.

    The funny thing in the Australian version is their accent though..I can’t believe that there is an American version now. Aussie Kath& Kim forever!
