I was hanging out with Rose and her boyfriend rambling about my new found love for Solange. They were both agreeing with me. Then I said, “I think she might be hotter than Beyonce.” Rose’s boyfriend was startled and announced angrily, “Now you have gone too far!”
I mean her style, this album; I am loving everything Solange these days. She seems real. I feel like my chances for hanging out with Solange are 2091864728743 times greater than with Bey.
As much as I love B, her music has never done it for me. Solange, on the other hand, is multifaceted cool. She’s not hotter than B, though.

She is doing it better than her sis these days. Plus she now sings about the chronic and liquor.
She has an amazing voice but this tune is so slow and annoying. I cant hack Baby Love footstomps and handclaps for over 4 minutes and what’s the deal with the Black Power Salute? It seems so wrong as a backdrop to a forgettable pop tune. Maybe it a hankering for the days when American born athletes represented America?
