Some girl came up to us and asked to take our photo at this Backyard Couture thang at Harriet’s Alter Ego, Saturday. We both kinda moaned and whined. Then got into what seemed like the 19791408 posed photo of the afternoon. The girl taking our photo goes, “Can I get your guys’ names?” I point out Rose and me, accordingly. She hands us her business cards and mumbles “Oh, I know who you guys are.”
I still don’t get why she asked our names.
But, we felt really cool.

Valentina, you will love LA sooooo much that as soon as you get like acclimated to having two seasons and never being able to walk anywhere and become able to properly avoid every area in East LA, espesh Inglewood (my hometown, holla!), you will not understand how you lived anywhere else. Trust!
Aww, thanks for the encouragement Erika! I think you and Sarah Morrison should make like a definitive list of where all the best LA places are so when I get out there I’ll know where to go.
lol..it’s all good. i always find it strange when i see people from the internet..it’s always one of those “i kinda know you but not really so should i say hi and come off like a stalker or just walk away and leave a comment on your myspace/blog saying that i saw you” moments. i tend to over think things. anyway, you guys should let erika blog on here. she almost kinda does anyway…my days are not complete without an erika comment. i admit, when i first started reading the blog i was confused why erika didn’t have her picture on the side like everyone else did then i had a “durrrr” moment and moved on. i vote for erika!
