I’m watching Father of the Bride (I love you Steve Martin) and that girl is supposed to be 22! Are smart, motivated girls really getting married that young? I think I only mind if that means a girl is giving up on her career/starts being obnoxious about planning a wedding/sucks in general and shouldn’t get married before awesome people. I guess we’re at the age when our friends are going to start getting married…scary? annoying? discuss.
I’m 23 and I can’t imagine being married BUT my mom is one of the most motivated, career driven people I know, and she married my dad when she was 22. When you find the right person, whether you’re 22 or 62, whatevs. Girls who have marriage as a goal, however, scare the shit out of me.

still going to school and pursuing a nursing degree
No kids yet until I attain that goal.
I think it’s hard work but it pays off with all the good times you have.
Two of my friends got married last year, and they’re both 22. Neither of them was obnoxious about the wedding, and they’re both still individuals. They started dating in like sixth grade, which is kind of creepstore.
i got married very young ( 20 and i’m now 26). i had to put off school for a few years but i did go back and get my degree. what is scary to me is not the people i know that are married, but that are having children.
MARRIED!!! I’m 26 and although i would love to be that annoying girl who’s always calling out Fiancee after every third word, i wanna wait, atleast until I stop eating lucky charms for breakfast. Besides i think it would be the most low maintenence wedding ever big weddings make me uncomfortable
maybe theres something wrong with me but I’m 22 and
will be scared if i fine “THE ONE” within the next 6 years, i have WAY too much living to do, and being young is about being crazy and finding who you do/don’t work well with. C’mon ladies life’s too big to throw it all down at the ripe age of 22.
I almost got married last year im 23 it was a weird thing but we both decided not to it’s for the best
we’re still together and plus i think in 2 years i’ll try again
